M12 Scout Tank, TL 8
This is not actually a vehicle in my campaigns; It was designed to compare similar mecha and tank designs (in this case, the Valkyrie I). Although the M12 is somewhat larger, a little heavier and much less agile, in general it is superior to it's mecha equivalent if you go strictly by the numbers. However, it isn't as good as the Valkyrie in built-up areas and forests, while being better in open terrain. I could see a scout platoon using a mix of the two, unless it was expected to operate exclusively in one type of terrain.
(I have used the format from GURPS Mecha rather than GURPS Vehicles to describe the tank)
