At St-ives Cottage we keep and maintain a pedigree flock of rare breeds poultry.
Our aim is to promote the continuation and education of the lesser known poultry breeds.
We have succesfully reared many breeds of rare poultry over the years and passed surplus stock on to help maintain a viable breeding basis in our area.

St-Ives cottage rare breeds center , is situated in the heart of the United Kingdom , only 5 miles from Meriden,the center of the u.k. , we are in the picturesce village of Corley moor, surrounded by open fields and glourious country views from the hieghest spot in Warwickshire, if you are visiting the area we offer a traditional english country pub only a short walk away, and Coventry, Stratford on avon , Birmingham airport and the National exhibition center are all within half an hours short drive away , so why not make an appointment and drop in and see us.

Vorwek hen, we occasionaly have surplus stock for sale or exchange,AT St-ives cottage we try to maintain a natural free range system , we feel our birds do better for this system.

leghorn cockerel, A very rare mediteranian breed , we have some of the only mottled leghorns in the U.K. , our research shows that there are possible as few as three flocks of this magnificent breed in the U.K.
