A Lullabye
Lay your head down to bed
and let your slumber sweep your cares away.
In your dreams, chase moonbeams
all the way across the Milky Way.

And as you rest in the nest
that we've made for you,
we'll caress and keep you blessed.
Never alone for the whole night through.

Go to sleep, don't you weep.
Tomorrow's gonna be a brand new day.

Babies Don't Keep
Cleaning and scrubbing
can wait till tomorrow...
for babies grow up
we've learned to our sorrow...
So quiet down cobwebs-
dust go to sleep...

Eat It--It's Good For You

Eat it--it's good for you!"
That makes me mad.
How can something good for you
Taste so bad?

"Try it.  You'll like it."
I know that's a lie.
I know I won't like it
So why should I try?

"Just take a nibble.
Just one little taste."
What good is a nibble?
The rest goes to waste.

Eggplant is icky.
Spaghetti is fine.
Why can't they eat their food
And let me eat mine?


BooBoo Bunny Poems

Throughout the years of growing
No matter how we try
There's just no way the boo-boos
Will ever pass us by

So I'm your Boo Boo Bunny
I'll hold a cube of ice
Then put me close to where it hurts
And I'll make it feel real nice

I turn sad faces into funny.

To keep your hand from getting cold,
Don't unwrap or unfold.

Just put an ice cube in my shell,
