BACKGROUND:
T'Raina's early life was that of a normal Vulcan child. Her Father was member of the V'Shar and her mother was a Genetics instructor at the Vulcan Academy of Science both her father and mother were away from home a great deal of the time. 

From the time she was old enough to look at the stars she felt their call. Her father was very unhappy when she told him this, he had wanted to her to follow him in V'Shar service. They had a huge argument which was not settled until she returned after graduation from the Vulcan Institute of Defensive Arts. At which time she agreed to enter the V'Shar Academy and serve in the V'Shar for a period of 2 years. 

At the end of this time she would apply for STARFLEET Academy.which she did. He reluctantly agreed.

She has been alone much of her life and has had some bad experiences with others. She is a by-the-book Officer but is not unreasonable with her subordinates. She is self-assured but not arrogant or conceited. She expects the best from others but perfection from herself.
