BACKGROUND:
Lt Cmndr. Ramona Steele: Jovan by birth.
The Jovan are a race of humanoids who are very close to human dna patterns.
With the note that they are Morpitic Hermaphrodites, Meaning the can change
from male to female at will. They come from the Planet Jo'av in the BetaQuadrant
Jo'Av is an extremely large planet comparable with the surface mass of
Jupiter It has a Class M atmosphere.
The planet gravitaional pull is 12 times
that of earth Jovans are massively denser than humans and have exibited
Strengths of upto 15 times normal Terrans. While a Jovan may look at first
glance to be Obese. The trained eye will show that they are not. The dense
musculature of the Jovan is deceptive as well If you estimate a Jovan to

Ramona
Steele is the typical Jovan. Trained up through the basic education on
Jo'Av S/he has always been fasinated with the Science of Investigation.
S/he began education on earth and served with both the Earth police force
and UFP Special Investigations branch. began Starfleet Traning in Security
Sciences 25 yrs ago. Has served aboard the USS Jacoby And the USS Freedom-A
until the battle two months ago against a combined Breen/Orion Pirate/

The Freedom was serverly damaged and Captain
Melni and most of the Bridge crew were killed. Her/is Bro/Sis Commander
Miranda Steele was the only surviving member of the Bridge. Because S/he
and Ramona were ordered to take control of the Emergency bridge.
Acting as Weapons Officer and Miranda taking
command they were able to extract A heavy revenge and save the starbase.
Although the result was USS Freedom which was too Damaged to be effectively
Repaired. After the battle Ramona requested transfer to a ship in the alpha
quadrant. Preferably the USS Starfighter
