Saavath completed
the exam in 4.2 hours with a 94% accuaracy rating. The accuaracy of these
results were of course checked and rechecked. Saavath was also given Several
other tests, each one more difficult than the last. The results of each
only confirmed his natural genuis. Instead of inducting him directly into
the Vulcan Academy the ancient master advised his parents to teach the
boy at home until his other mental diciplines had devolped completly. His
mother took it upon herself to educate him. Bring him texts that she had
prepared for her students at the Vulcan Science Academy. The young boy absorbed the material completely, and would always ask for more things to learn. This was desire was satiated by his father, who would allow the young boy to assist him in his research in Artifical Intelligence. When Saavath turned 9 he went to the Vulcan Science Academy. At the age of 20 Saavath left the Vulcan Science Academy. After earning several high level degrees he began to feel stifled and held back. He felt a calling to exlpore the stars.
All though his father supported Starfleet he was not pleased by his son's decsion to join, he thought that it was purely motivated by emotion. Something That Saavath was repeatedly reprimanded for my his instructors. Saavath graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2371 and was assigned immediately to Starfleet's Adavanced Design Bereu working in research and development. Many of the projects he worked on during his three years there remain classified to this day. Now he has accepted an assignment as the Chief Science Officer of the USS Starfighter, under the command of Captain Firestorm.
