I know.

I know how you'll feel next to me - strong and solid
and warm. Your arm might drape around my shoulders,
the weight of it drawing me into your side. Or you
might touch my hair, gathering it in your loose fist at
the nape of my neck. You might breathe a gentle breath
on my exposed skin and send shivers through me. You
might think it's the cool air but I know it's your touch.

I know how you'll feel under my fingers - soft and
rough and substantial. I might run my hands up your
strong arms and across your chest, spanning as far as I
can with my splayed fingers. Maybe I'll slide my arms
around your ribs, rest my ear against you and listen to
your heart beating out its steady rhythm. You might
think my sigh is contentment but I know it's
possession.

I know how you'll feel under my mouth - smooth and
firm and salty. You might stand still and let me taste
your skin, watching me savor you with licks and nips
and bites. Or maybe you'll join in the feast, tasting my
tongue with yours. You might meet lips with lips, teeth
with teeth, devouring me slowly, frantically, gently,
ferociously. You might think it's a kiss but I know it's
alliance.

I know how you'll feel in my hand - hard and velvety
and aggressive. I might close my hand around you and
stroke, test your control, and you might slam your eyes
closed with a look on your face that is near agony. Or
maybe I'll float my fingers along your length, teasing,
feathering, tantalizing, and you will growl in frustration
at the elusive contact. I might smile and you might
think it's torment but I know it's power.

I know how you'll feel above me - heavy and looming
and satisfying. You might hold yourself from me,
resting on your elbows, but I may pull you down to rest
your full weight on my body. Or you might pull away
and watch your hand taste the skin along my ribs and
my hip and my thigh and I may urge toward you, eager
for your touch. You might think it's impatience but I
know it's need.

I know how you'll feel inside me - powerful and thick
and insistent. Maybe you'll still your movements,
waiting for me to meet your eyes and I might moan at
what I see there as you slowly begin to move once
again. Or you might hang your head, watching our
connection in fascination as you drive us both toward
our destination. You might think it's union and I know
it's trust.

I know how you'll feel next to me - sweaty and relaxed
and beautiful. I might brush your hair from your
forehead as you drift back to awareness and you might
nuzzle your face into my hand. Or maybe you'll hold
me tight, our skins sliding and adhering, and you'll
whisper fierce secrets into my listening heart, and I will
smooth the lines from your face with tender fingers.
You might think it's love and I know you're right.
