Collared Lizards of the genus Crotaphytus are among the most colorful lizards in North America. Captive bred collareds make excellent captives as long as their basic requirements are met.
I work with several species of collareds and welcome any information on collareds in captivity or in the wild. This site will be updated often with new pictures and information.
