How to Ollie:

Step 1: Place your back foot at the end of the tail, but leave some room. And put your front foot in the middle of the board. Look at the picture on yout right as an example

Step 2: Crouch dwon to gain power. Remember, crowch down so your hands are almost touching the ground.

Step 3: Slap dwon on the trail HARD. And lift your body

Step 4: When on your way up, slide your front foot up the board until it reaches the nose.

Step 5: Suck your legs up all the way to your pelvic area. And continue to slide your foot to the end of the nose.

Step 6: You are probably at your peak. Hold that tucked position until the board starts to come down.

Step 7: Try to keep the board directly underneath you. At first it may seem hard, but PRATICE! Land with your feet, both feet! on the board.

Step 8: Crouch down on the board to abosrb the impact. There, you landed a good ollie.*

*This is the hardest move as a beginner to learn. Practice, it might seem hard to do at first, but if you practice a lot, you can be doing it in no time.
