All you have to do to find the cave is go down the stairs on your left, follow the wall, when you meet a large rock go round it and there you will find the cave. It is a cave with an air pocket inside. Try not to breath inside as sometimes the air is stale. You can surface very easily inside. Then the cave takes you to two other small entries there you can normally find some fresh water coming down. You will notice if fresh water is coming down because you will feel that it is very cold.
