1988 Olympics - Women's Event Finals
Source: SUI/NBC/CBC (see notes below)
Length: 1:44
Quality: Very Good
Chapter Menu: Every routine is chaptered for easy access. This DVD includes all of the routines from the apparatus finals, as well as medal ceremonies for vault and uneven bars. Most of the routines come from what is I believe is Swiss television (the commentary is in French, and I believe it's Swiss because in the men's all-around fromt he same source, the commentators mention Sepp Zellweger specifically as a gymnast they are following), but the French coverage cuts out abruptly after Storczer's FX routine. The remaining floor routines are from NBC (Silivas and Shushunova) and CBC (Boginskaya). The DVD also includes NBC fluff pieces on the uneven bars, balance beam, and floor requirements, as well as an interview with Phoebe Mills.
For a complete listing of finallists (and therefore a list of who is shown on this DVD) check out the official results from the gymn-forum website.
