Skills Camps

Yes Votes = 7 , No Votes = 3

The teams that make the playoffs will no longer buy skill camp rolls. All non play-off teams however can purchase two camps. Please note that GM's are able to trade their skills rolls to other gm's as long as it takes place before the new season begins. This rule change will be taken in effect in season 2010-2011 season.

Ohip PLan: Will not be included in the league.

Changing up of the divisons: Will not be switched.

General Managers didn't really care about this one, so we are not going to switch it.

First Team All-Stars: Will began next season

Voted yes = 8 , Voted no = 2

We were wondering if you guys would be interested in me doing a team of All-Stars one team for the West Conference of Five players and an goalie and the same thing for the East Conference. GM's would be allowed to submit two
players from their team who they think should be on the all-star team.

GM's can submit front page news stories for CSH regarding our league. The GM's would submit their stories and would be issued a check for 250,000 for an article of 100 words or more. max 5 mill payout per season.
