Yes, at Cumquat House there is absolutely
no bond to pay. Also you only pay rent from the day you arrive to stay.

Yes, that is correct! Everything is covered by the $175.00 per week.
ALL meals, with food available to eat between meals. We supply everything
you need except clothes, study materials and computers.

Yes, that's right. We understand that most students want to go home
or away for the summer holidays. So you don't pay anything after the
exams, unless you chose to stay a bit longer. Otherwise you only pay until the official end of the university year.

We supply everthing except study materials and toiletries, including fresh towels
for your bathroom, even washing powder and if you are missing your favourite
pet from home, our Dalmatian loves to go for walks.

Yes, that's all part of our service. We know from experience that leaving
you free to concentrate on your studies and having fun, lead to better
results and a better time at uni.

Yes, we regularly have, fully catered social evenings for students
living at Cumquat House and their friends. Students enjoy life at Cumquat House and
most students remain with us for the duration of their studies at UQ Ipswich.

Yes. We know how important this can be, especially when friends visit
from home. We welcome family and friends to stay, as long as prior arrangments
are made.

There is no need to make any payment until you arrive at Cumquat House
to stay. Rent agreements are made on a semester-by-semester basis. You only have to pay
until the official end of the university year if you are staying with us in second semester.

Yes, we have a limited number of inter-connected but private bedrooms.
Inquiries must be made with us at the time of booking.

We have large grounds and an outdoor barbecue area and there are 2
student lounge rooms with TV and videos. We are very excited about
our new billiards room, entertaining area and gym which will be completed in 2003.
