The aluminum track plating and track design drawings originally available through BSA Supply Division are now available exclusively from Beta Crafts, Incorporated.

PRECISION TRACK PLATING
These 93"-long aluminum sections can be attached to your track framework end-to-end and side-by-side to form the ultimate Pinewood Derby racing surface! To assure precision registration between each 93" section, the design utilizes 'pins' between each section (see photo,) and a channel/groove design for side-to-side registration between lanes. The use of an aluminum surface resists the shrinking, warping, and aging that afflicts wood surfaced tracks. The track surface is also very light weight to facilitate ease of assembly/disassembly. For example: The plating surface of a four lane track includes 24-93" aluminum sections with a total weight of only 17 lbs.

TRACK DESIGN DRAWINGS
The provided "Challenger" track design drawings are for a track that is 54'-3" long, and 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 lanes wide. It is built in seven (7) 93" sections. There is a provision for two finish lines; one in the sixth section, and one in the seventh. The 'short' finish line can be used for elimination rounds, and the 'long' finish line can be used for the exciting final race. Includes pins and instructions. The following drawings are included:
