Criminal Record: Sentenced to 5 years hard labor at a penal colony for Unpremeditated Murder, Burglary, assault, possession of a firearm. Served 1 year prior to escape (see Yoma, Gast). Wanted for questioning on Orlissan.
SUMMARY:
He grew up on Trawapoor when that world was devastated by the Empire for aiding the bothan spies who smuggled the Death Star plans. The cities were bombed out of existence and the remaining populace forced to live in the jungle as savages. Any farming, herding or habitation found was destroyed again and so a large number died of exposure starvation and animal attacks. The Empire set up a base there and once a month give out some food, but to get it the natives were forced to degrade themselves in amusing (to the Base CO) ways. It is punishment and a warning basically. Some Trawapoorans are force Sensitives, stemming from the days when Jedi took Companions such as the Antarian Rangers. Many times these pairings resulted in children and Trawapoor developed a community for these retired and their descendents. Jordan and Joshua would be among these. Jordan was slightly older than his cousins and took care of them, within the limits open to him, until the planet was liberated from the Empire.
According to records Jordan grew up a poor kid with brothers and sisters, got hooked on criminal activities young including an unplanned murder as part of a robbery but as a minor he only went to jail for a short time. In jail he networked and was handpicked by his benefactor, Gast Yoma, for an escape plan that succeeded. Originally founded by Gast Yoma, an Iktotch, the criminal organization grew from minor criminal offenses like assault and robbery to a planetwide network before his brief incarceration and escape along with Jordan Sauth. Gast went into hiding in the Karada Sector and expanded his empire into several systems, and a decade ago left control of the organization to his three top Lts, Sauth, Kirn Devoss and Phara Ming, and retired. The faction is known to be currently led by Jordan Sauth, a human offworlder. Devoss and Ming are now Sauth's chief Lts. Pictures of him exist but Jordan is rarely seen in public. Jordan is known to have a cousin but hes rarely seen as well and few know what he looks like. Jordan has other family but noone on Orlissan has ever seen them and the references he throws out are inconsistant. Jordan is careful not to be in a position to commit a crime himself or become an accessory to one in any way that will stand up in a court of law. Devoss and Ming are much the same way although these people have had criminal records in the past and Ming spent time in a mental institution for violent psychopathic tendencies.

The Sauth Faction
Originally founded by Gast Yoma, an Iktotch. Under Gast's leadership the organization grew from minor criminal offenses to a planetwide network before his brief incarceration and escape along with Jordan Sauth. Gast went into hiding on Orlissan and a decade ago left control of the organization to his three top Lts, Jordan Sauth, Kirn Devoss and Phara Ming, and retired. The faction is known to be currently led by Jordan Sauth, a human offworlder. Devoss and Ming are his chief Lts. Jordan's empire covers a few systems in the Imperial Rim area for now with ties coreward to expand upon. He had subverted, outmaneuvered or killed off his competition to establish himself and then found himself facing a revitalized Black Sun splinter group under new leadership. The two went to war but Jordan soon realized they had ties to the government and would only be released if arrested. Even worse they had a Force User on their side as well. Joshua was only amused, but being Jordan's point man on the Force began looking into the Sun group and their leadership.
The easy info to get is that the gang war cooled off around springtime. Any disputes they still have are no longer dealt with by a hail of blaster fire so the police dont know much and those involved tend to not say much about the organization. Those who did were eliminated or quieted early on. Moles and undercover agents had a difficult time getting anything useful and were never able to get close to anyone in charge or any big busts. They blame this on corrupt police warning the two factions.
The police forces never could get much out of prisoners and detainees from either group and several died in police custody of 'unknown causes' the coroner generally put down to heart attack or stroke although no medical history of such. Whistleblowers especially had a high rate of such deaths.
Most arrestees were local people, although some were imported from the criminal classes of other worlds and either smuggled in or passed through Customs with false IDs as there is no record of their arrival.
Many of the ShadowLord people lived out of holdings such as hotels and office buildings acquired or rented by the group. A few of these were search warranted and generally nothing was found so generally judges stopped granting the warrants after the first few times.
It is generally known that Jordan leads one group, Vair the other.
Other Sauth people include Kirn Devoss (underling), J.F. Sebastian (tech), Phara Ming ( the bloodthirsty psychopathic LT of Jordan), Doona Levai, Pol Sartre. Sebastian has a history of health problems and is dying slowly as a result. He relies on life support and funding provided by Jordan to maintain himself.
