Frequently Asked Questions about the Daycare

When are payments due?
A: Every Friday, unless arrangements have been made prior.
Do you accept any voucher programs?
A: Currently we do not accept Day Break & the Hendricks/Marion County Rehabilitation Service vouchers due to new laws required by Gov. O'Bannon. This will only be temporary in this daycare until Diana completes her CDA course..
Do you accept special needs children?
A: We do not discriminate towards anyone. As long as our facility can meet the required special needs of your child, we will accept that child.
What happens if I cannot pick-up my child at the daycare because my boss won't allow me to leave?
A: The person that you have listed on your Emergency Contact form will be notified to pick-up your child. If your child is not picked up after the daycare closes, late fees will apply.
What does your daycare offer for additional services or benefits for my child or our family?
A: That page will be coming soon, but the daycare does offer plenty of local resources, a free monthly parent newsletter, coupons towards daycare and baby products, educational library free to its clients and more that are too numerous to list here!
Do you offer a discount for additional children, from the same family, in your daycare?
A: We offer discounts if there are more than two children from each household, that are full-time, and enrolled in the daycare.
What happens if there is an emergency that is caused by nature?
A: We have monthly fire and tornado drills for the children, as well as special training for our providers. Parents will be notified as soon as its possible if ever this type of emergency should render. During storms we keep a weather scanner turned on for any updated information.
