Valveeta Fudge

1 Pound Butter or Margarine
1 Pound Valveeta Cheese
4 Pounds Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Melt butter and cheese together over low heat, stirring often.  Sift together the powdered sugar and cocoa.  Pour butter and cheese mixture over dry ingredients and beat well with a heavy-duty mixer.  (Warning - Light mixers may burn out trying to beat this heavy mixture)  Add vanilla and nutss.  Pour into buttered 10 by 15 inch pan and refrigerate.

Makes 5 pounds.  Recipe may be cut in half, if desired.

Variations:  Substitute black walnut flavoring  for vanilla, sub 1 cup crunchy peanut butter and 1 teaspoon maple syrup for flavorings.
