Snow Ice Cream

1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
4 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Whip cream, fold in sugar and vanilla.  Fill a large bowl with about 1 quart very clean snow.  Fold cream mixture with snow.  Cover tightly and pack into a snow bank until hardened. 

Drizzle with maple or chocolate syrup.
