Snicker Brownies

14 Oz. Pkg. of Caramels
2/3 Cups of Evaporated Milk
1 Pkg. of German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 Cups of Margarine, softened
1 Cup Nuts
6 Oz. Pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 of a 6 Oz. pkg. Butterscotch Chips

Heat oven to 350 F.  Combine caramels and 1/3 milk in a double boiler, stir until melted, set aside.  Mix cake mix with the rest of the milk, margarine and  nuts.  Press half of mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake 6 minutes.  Remove, sprinkle chocolate chips over dough and cover with the carmel mixture evenly over the top.  Take the rest of the dough, pat into little pieces and place on top of the mixture.

Bake 15-18 minutes, cool. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
