Country Pie

1/2 of an 8 oz. can of Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
Salt and Pepper

Combine above mix and put into pie pan forming a "crust"

Filling:

1 1/3 Cups of Minute Rice
Remaining 4 oz. of Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Combine rice, sauce, and 1/2 cup of cheese - spoon into meat shell.  Cover with foil.

Bake in 350 Degree oven for 25-30 minutes, remove foil, and add remaining 1/2 cup cheese.  Bake 10-15 minutes more.
