So many shadows,

covering the world with dark.

How am I to find mine

when they all blend together,

like a black liquid?

The shadows shift,

but like waves on the ocean

my shadow is still unseen.

I turn towards the Light

that casts the shadows and

makes them vanish at the same time.

I bathe myself in that Light

and I shall find the shadow

to call my own.
