Very good site for information related to
Indian philately. Good use of English but needs some
organisation. The home page is a bit helter-skelter as to
what you are going to see inside. However, the
information is readily available and easy to navigate.
The links are good - including one to the Indepex Asiana
2000 site.
It includes a very good page with information about
Indian philatelic CDs that includes unvarnished reviews
of them; one assessment agrees with those judged by a
member of the internet jury team.
There are some useful tools for specialists: cash
converter and perpetual calendar.
There is a good section for young collectors. It has a
Java script thing that moves images of ants around the
screen, where they head to wherever the cursor is located;
a fun thing. The games are a nice feature but are simple
and repetitive particularly hangman. Children could get
bored with them. It was found a return to the main site
from the games window was not practical.
Some of the graphics could be annoying such as the
perpetually running dog, dancing tomato and the Geocities
advertisement.
Content could be further enhanced, but scores well in
every area with no clear weakness.
