  • The Year number "Y" from the table to the left. The Y number for the year 2008 is 3 corresponding to 08.
  • The month number "M" from the table above. The month number for August is 3.

What day is August 22, 2008? Add C+Y+M+Date to get the day in the topmost table.

C+Y+M+Date
6+3+3+22 = 34 and it corresponds to Friday.
