Chapter Two
Luckily for Teresa she was used to being told about premieres and appearances at the last minute. There was a dress in her closet set aside for a time exactly like this.  After Teresa slipped into the elgantly long, baby blue, sparkling dress she has stashed away she headed for her matching shoes. No more than two steps to the mirror she decided that she wouldn't put the feet-killing shoes on until she absolutely had too. She lectured herseld under her breath for buying such iumpractical shoes. Being the clumsy person she was she didn;t need help tripping up in front of the cameras. Experience from several movie sets had taught Teresa how to look fancy in a short period of time. Little thought was involved as she swept her hair up in a sophisticated. looking style. She scowled as she applied her make-up. Despite her years of acting she still wasn't too fond of the ever-flashing cameras. Shrugging it off, she simply excepted it as one of the downsides. Becoming bored, she flipped on the radio. "Today: Greatest songs to dance too!" said an enthusiactic radio personality. Teresa begun jumping and dancing about the room and became to engrossed in goofing off that she didn't even hear the door being opened.
   "What are you
doing?"
Stopping abruptly, Teresa whipped around and found herself face-to shoulder with her boyfriend. , "I, erm..loosing up?"
Maxamillion raised his eyebrows, "Loosing up for what?"
"Dancing at the premiere of course" Teresa smiled.
Maxamillion simple rolled his eyes, "Save it for the cameras babe. You ready?"
Dropping unto her bed, Teresa forced the terribly uncomfortable shoes onto her already protesting feet.

At the Premiere

"Who's limo is that?"
"Is that Maxamillion?!"
"Maxamillion? That must mean Teresa Rae is here!"
Excited reporters pushed at eachother to get a better view like children at an ice cream truck.
The limo door was opened and out stepped none other than Maxamillion. The flashing lights were near blinding.  Next came Teresa Rae. Yet, unlike Maxamillion she didn't
step out. She stumbled out. A low chuckle ran through the crowd. Teresa smiled and laughed it off, while her boyfriend quickened his pace in a rather cold manor. Obviously, Teresa did not notice as she just followed in suit.
Microphones and cameras were thrust toward the couple and questions were thrown about. "Teresa! Teresa! How does it feel to be the only woman who could make the heartthrob of women and girls everywhere settle with just one woman?"  Teresa just laughed, "Eh? What heartthrob? Who Maxamillion?" While Teresa charmed the press Maxamillion answered only a selected amount of questions, but promsing a big annoucement later in the evening.
About halfway through the night, reporters were approaching cast members of Death And Desire. After listening to Maxamillion go on and on about his large role, a journalist lost interest and began asking Teresa questions. Maxamillion showed obvious irritation. Clearing his throat and standing up he called for everyone's attention. "As some of you may remember I promised a big announcement. Well, here goes" There was a faint rustling as pens were retrieved and cameras turned on. "As you all know I'm quite well known as a man who has his fair share of dates. I believe one mag said, "a new woman every night" I'm sure you all also know that Teresa and I have been dating for quite some time, 5 months."A few people clapped but Maxamillion continued on, "Well tonight...well...I guess it's better to just give it to her.." He was mumbling more to himself than anyone and everyone strained to hear. Teresa sat looking lost as he reached into his pocket and turned to her. An excited gasp form the crowd sounded when they saw what he'd taken out of his pocket: a small, gray, ring box.
