This is a great site, but I've seen one site that's a little bit better (no, not mine!). Go to http://website.lineone.net/~lonefox/ . It's really great. This site is also OK. Get some selfinvented hired swords (eg. jester with taunt-skill). Oh yeah, one thing -> If you're a follower of Chaos or practice the dark art..... be afraid....be VERY AFRAID!

Sorry I forgot to say this earlier Simkin, a note about the zombies- If you use necromantic magic to rase zombies from the dead you get them at the level you rose them from in my case- Aenur the sword, A large possesed, and a souped up black skaven -- all of which can be raised from the dead. This warband stays alive as everyone wants to fight it... even at odds maby even up to 3 vs 1. People wont stop challenging it so by popular demand the warband is not disbanded, my mariunbergers and orcs were though :(

ur analagies for hired swords are crazy, u underate the halfling which is an excelent sniper, cheep and increases warband size, underate warlock, his spells are extremely valuable and the elf is rather expensive, however usually pays for himself in the af ermath, possibly a 10, any free guy is worth buying

Nice site however my 450+(it grew last couple games) points warband could beet any of the warbands on this site(and maby all at the same time.) With 3 really suped up zombies( a possesd a black skaven and aneur the sword all comeing back with a 2+ raisei g when they die, 2 magic artifacts, and a vampire who hasen't even bean put out of action yet.
