Pros
Increases the Warband rating by +22, plus 1 point for

Fairly cheap
Has two attacks when starting out, strength and toughness
start out as 4
Has a spiked gauntlet, which is a hand weapon and a
buckler
Cons
No armour
Undead and Skaven can not hire them
Score: 7 out of 10
Ogre Bodyguard
Hire fee: 80 gold crowns Upkeep:
+30 gold crowns
Pros
Increases the warbands rating by +25, plus 1 point for
each experience point
Very fast
Has 3 wounds to start off with, and 2 attacks
Strength and Toughness both 4 to start off with
Causes fear
Cons
Large, marksmen can fire at him, even if there are other
models closer
Expensive to hire, upkeep is also fairly expensive
Weapon skill only 3 and Initiative is also only 3, which
is bad if he wants to climb something
Skaven cannot hire them

Pros
Increases the warbands rating by +21, plus 1 for each
experience point
Cheap for all of the equipment he has
Has a warhorse, lance, heavy armour, and a sheild
Strength and Weapon skill both 4 to begin with
Has a 4+ save on foot, 3+ on horseback
Cons
Heavy armour and shield reduce movement by 1
Only Mercenaries and Witch Hunters are the only warbands
that can hire them
Have to use the optional rules for mounted models if he
is to ride the warhorse
Can only choose from Combat and Strength skills

inkeep after each battle
Only Mercenaries and Witch hunters may hire Elf Rangers

Dwarf Troll Slayer

Very cheap for how tough he is
Has special skills
Also has special rules

Despite all of the special rules, Troll slayers only
