Marienburg Tactics

Marienburg are sometimes hard to play with. They don't have any special skills to help you during battle like Reikland or Middenheim, but they do have an extra 100 coins in campaigns and an extra 20% coins in single games, which can help alot. With this you can either buy more warriors or you can better equip the warriors you have already purchased. If you are going to buy more warriors, I suggest swordsmen. If properly equiped, they can be potentially leathal. Another good thing to do is save the extra 100 coins in your treasury so if some of your warriors die, you can easily pay for a replacement. Marienburg are also very good for buying rare items, as they have a 1+ bonus, representing their connections with merchants. In battle, however, they have to rely on their equipment making good use of armour and powerful weapons.

Like Silence said, Skaven rely on speed and H to H so what you do is keep your guys back and have 3-5 Marksmen equipped with Long Bows sniping them. By the time they get to you they should be wreakened. Then take 2 champions, your Captain and 3-5 Swordsmen and 2 Youngbloods (optional) and KILL THEM!! KILL THEM ALL!!! Ahem....um..yes Silence thinks that his dirty Skaven can take on my Marienburgers but he is so wrong. I hope this helps you out in future Skaven fights.
