I know you said that men would create "this illusion in their minds of who I was and it had nothing to do with who I was at all", and I can sympathise - Even though I`m nowhere near being a film star or playmate model, I`ve had a few people E-mail me after seeing my website and tell me that they love me, which I find frustrating, because they don`t know me! Whilst there is a lot more about me on my website, than there is about you on the internet or in the media, it still can`t really tell them much about the person. People will construct the perfect person in their minds, and then have trouble seperating that construction of their imagination from the real people, in much the same way as some people believe characters on television soaps to be real.
And of course, I`m no different! I too have put you on a pedestal without really knowing anything about you whatsoever. In fact, you impacted on me before I even knew your name. There I was, a 14 year old little boy, very naive, and unsure, watching Apocalypse Now, and out you came, wiggled across my screen, and impacted on me in such a way that I couldn`t describe here, although I do go into more detail on my website.
I then found out more about the actress, the person behind the performance, and whilst I could never claim to know anything about you as a person, I can imagine. That sexy strut tells me that you are a person who knows her own sexuality. That smile tells me you are a warm and generous person. The rest, well, I guess we have to use our imaginations.

So, thank you for sharing just a tiny part of who you are with the world. You definitely made an impact, and you will go down in history as a former Playmate of the year (how many people could say that?!), as well as an indelible piece of Movie history in an unforgettable performance that certainly changed this persons life. If ever I`m asked to describe feminine sexuality and power, rather than try and find the words, I would just show them your performance in Apocalypse Now, and say "That`s what I`m talking about."
