James Logan, Isaac Norris, Richard Hill, Saml. Preston} Esq'rs. A List was presented to the Board of the names of Fifty-three Palatines, who with their Families making in all about two hundred Persons were imported into this Province in the Ship James Goodwill, David Crocket, Mr., from Rotterdam, but last from Falmouth, as by the Masters Affidavit signed by the Officers of the Custons there, it appeared upon Enwquiry that the Master had no particular License for their Transportation.
