Round 2 - Group cross over play (2nd and 3rd place of each group)

RULES:

1. DEADLINE: Wednesday December 24, 2003

2. Home and Away matches to see who earns the right to advance to the Quarter Finals. In case of ties, goal aggregates will determine which team advances to Quarter Finals where the tie breaker for goal aggregates will be the usual away goals count double.

IF THE ABOVE FAILS TO DETERMINE A WINNER (in cases where the teams tie both games with the same identical score i.e 1-1, 2-2, 3-3 etc..):
the games will be replayed with the above rules. If this happens again, we will draw the winner out of a hat...

3. Format will be the following:
Group 1 2nd place VS Group 4 3rd place ----> Game #2001 (#'s to be used for Quarter Final match scheduling)
Group 1 3rd place VS Group 4 2nd place ----> Game #2002
Group 2 2nd place VS Group 3 3rd place ----> Game #2003
Group 2 3rd place VS Group 3 2nd place ----> Game #2004
