Ever the Patriot.

Ever the patriot, only to himself.

He comes before all overs, in wealth, life and merriment.
He does not consider the consequences, his life is all he needs.
Were he to lose his entire life, he'd be fine so long as he breathed.

He would not heed the looming score, coming to strike him down.
He would not worry about the life, with which he'll swim or drown.
Nothing matters, in the long long end, he's known that far too long.

He walks around, enjoying life. He's now the happiest person he knows.
Nothing can get him down forever, inside is something he knows.
That life is quick, and cheap, and fast, and nothing lasts forever.
So one day he saw, a tired cage, and wrote a story of feather.
