Appearance: Taegan is very small and skinny, also very light in build to help him stay aloft. He is pale-skinned, with messy, windswept brown-blond hair. It usually hangs free to his shoulderblades, but he sometimes ties it back in flight. He has striking, dark blue eyes, and his large, feathery wings are a glistening white-gold.
Personality: Calm and down-to-earth, Taegan is a sensible person who doesn't like to take risks. It's not that he's a coward, but he'd rather not face danger if he didn't have to. A fount of patience, he does not get upset and can deal with a wide range of people. He is fairly outgoing, and is loyal to his job and his clients, even when it calls for stuff he doesn't want to do.
Past: Taegan Lark was orphaned as a young child and barely remembers his birth parents. He was taken in by an old mage and taught the ways of magic, but because of his wings, he was shunned by most other people. After the death of his mentor, he set out and began training to fight while hiring himself as a bodyguard. He accomplishes by magic what many others do by brute force.

Saake-ser is a glum and unhumorous creature, he is serious and has no patience for jokes or small talk. He hates being surprised and is likely to strike out at anyone who takes him by surprise. He is ill-tempered and easily angered, it's best to stay away from him.
