Oh dear!  It has been a very long time since I updated the site.  Well, I've given it another face-lift and dropped a few sections.  Added/changed a few of the links on the 'links' page.  Hope to add chapter 4 of 'Satan Awakes' to the 'Fiction & Poetry' page soon.

Wow!  It's been a while since I last updated.  What can I say?  I've been doing other things.  That said, I've just added 3 more stories to the 'Fiction & Poetry' section ('Venus No More', 'Walk of the Dead', and 'The man on the roof'), and there are a couple more theories in 'The Fountain of Knowledge', plus a few more entries to 'The Sage'.

Well, a few weeks later than I had planned, but the 'Myths & Legends' section is now online.  This section is actually called 'MythBase' and will be an ongoing project for quite some time.  It has it's own update history section.  I've also added a few new entries to 'The Sage'.

'The Fountain of Knowledge' is open at last, with my first theory 'God, Life, and the Universe'.  'The Sage' has been revamped, and I've added a few more quotes, and changed some of those that were already there.  I'm much happier with it now.  I've also revamped the 'Art Gallery' as well.  The pictures are now split into different categories.  Oh, and I've added another 13 pictures.

Oh no, 2 weeks since my last update, I must be slipping.  Well, if you've visited before, then you can't have helped but notice that my home page has changed dramatically (I finally got around to putting those picture links on).  I've also added a nice collection of links to the 'Links' section.  Also added an entry for 1st April, 2001 to the bottom of this site history.

The 'Links' page is now open (sort of).  There are no links on it yet, but the page is there. Added 3 more poems to the 'Fiction & Poetry' section ('Diana', 'Silent Prayer', and 'Genius'), and 10 more pictures added to the 'Art Gallery'

Added 11 more pictures to the 'Art Gallery', and the first 3 chapters of my novel, 'Satan Awakes', to the 'Fiction & Poetry' section.

Corrected a slight spelling mistake on main page and added the 'E-mail me' link.

Added another story ('Jamie's Cavern'), and 5 more poems ('Waning Hope', 'Distant Life', 'The Light', 'Nightmares', and 'Flames') to the 'Fiction & Poetry' section.  Also set up a Guestbook, so the Sign & View Guestbook links should now work.

Counter didn't work, but it does now.  Split the 'Who am I?  What is Shanrar's Hammer?  What's new?' page up into 'Welcome' and 'What's new?'.  Thought it would be easier.

Opened up 'The Sage' page, and added another story ('The Cell') to 'Fiction & Poetry'.  The biggest change though, is one that you can't see.  I've reorganised all of the files on my site into different directories.  This won't make the slightest bit of difference to you, the visitor, but it makes it much easier for me to keep track of things as I do updates.  Oh, and I've added a counter to the main page (I hope it's worked).

Aargh!  Disaster has struck.  During my major update yesterday something went seriously wrong.  If you've viewed my site over the last 24 hours you'll probably know what I mean.  The pages and links had gone mad.  Hopefully the problem has now been rectified and everything should be working okay.

Added 2 more stories ('The Bastion of Angels', and 'A sunny night on Venus'), and 4 more poems ('Dark Places', 'Elegy for a little mouse', 'Finale', and 'Midnight Sounds') to the 'Fiction & Poetry' section.  Added a textured background to the main page (I was going to add it to all of them, but I didn't think it looked right).  Finally, I've opened up the 'Art Gallery' section with 21 pictures.

Uploaded my proper home page.  Added the big 'Shanrar's Hammer' plaque with it's fiery letters, and included the links to the various pages of the site. Text links will eventually be replaced by picture links (I haven't drawn them yet, but I've done some sketches, so it shouldn't be too long).  'The Hard Path', 'Angels', 'Ode to the wild hearts', and 'Rattic' have been placed in the 'Fiction & Poetry' section.
