The Jerusalem Bible

1966 Revision

(A large Catholic work)

The text of Matthew 28:19 and I John 5:7,8 have long been corrupted, "Matthew" since the second century, and "I John" since the sixteenth century. Below you will see the text as it is now in the KJV Bible, and following that, the scanned image of the Jerusalem Bible admitting the error, then beneath the image, you'll see the correction made as it should read from the original text.
