Guidelines: Final Web Page

Your work will be evaluated according the following:

Page elements (5 points):
· A banner at the top (the title of your project)
· The names of the group members
· All information required (*see next area)
· A link to the CoFo web page (http://www.amersol.edu.pe/ms/8th/community_focus/index.asp)

Information (5 points)
· Information about the problem that the group focused on (What is the problem and why is it a problem in our community)
· The solution that the group tried to implement (All the information about the process)
· Must include a group reflection paragraph.
· Photos of the project (1 to 3) (proof of participation only)
· Sources correctly cited and listed alphabetically (Every citation on the web MUST have its corresponding summary sheet in your files)

Page structure and layout (5 points):
· Work should be check for spelling and grammar errors
· Easy to read, background should not interfere with text, clear font in #14 for Titles, clear font in #12 for Text.
· Information should fit within the screen without left to right scrolling (Set your table at 640 pixels width)
· Page will be built appropriately:

1. Text fiiles will be saved as .html or .htm

2. Graphic files will be saved as .jpg or .gif according to their type.

3. Files will be saved WITH NO SPACES in their names: i.e.
my page.html (Bad)
my_page.html (Good)
mypage.html (Good)

NOTE: All pages must be turned in to be posted at school, if you choose to build it outside of school make sure to have a copy of the site to give to the tech teacher.
