dial up your Internet Service Provider and connect your LAN to the
Internet. The Inactivity Timer monitors the communication link for
inactivity. When the Internet connection is not being accessed for
a definable amount of time, the connection is dropped to save you
and your business any extra on-line charges.

allocates an IP address to each individual on the LAN.
