    My greatest thrill in cycling is the climbing aspect of it. Of course it's hard work...many times blood, sweat and tears, but when you reach the summit, there is no feeling like it. You can look back at the valley below and can see your accomplishment. It's all about setting a goal and achieving it. And you know you did it without assistance.
     I believe climbing is 90% mental and 10% physical. First and foremost, you need patience.
