This website is dedicated to the
shifting of consciousness from
matter to Emotion

Introduction:

You will find, on this website the word Emotion used in a context which it is not normally, for example "Emotion is the reality.", but you can substitute the word "Spirit" in place of the word "Emotion" and none of the intended meaning will be lost. I do not generally use the word Spirit because I don't see why it is necessary. So again feel free to substitute, at times,
the word "Spirit" in place of the word "Emotion".

The central view of this website, is that . . .

Emotion is the reality and matter is an emotional construct.

That is to say we are emotional beings living in an emotional reality, matter is a construction which we use to inform us about a greater emotional reality.
The relationship between emotional reality and matter is a lot like the relationship between matter and the images we form on the back of our eyes. That is to say, looking at the world from an atheist's point of view, all that exists is matter, and the atheist's view is that we are material beings in a material reality and we have eyes that aid us in our interaction with that outer material reality. When the sun is shining or we have the lights on in our homes, light is falling on and then bouncing off all the objects around us and we take advantage of this. Specifically, from each point on a lit up object there is light spreading out in all directions, we as material beings take into our eyes a small amount of that light and form images with it. That is to say our eyes work the same way a camera does, through the pupils we take in some light, and the lenses of our eyes alter the direction of the light in such a way that two dimensional images are formed on the inside back of our eyes. Our brains then analyze those images. Those two-dimensional images contain information about the outer three-dimensional world and in some respects resemble it. So, as material beings, we use those constructed images as an aid to navigate the material world and experience it. Again, from an atheist's point of view, as material beings in a material reality we use the images on the back of our eyes to get a sense of the outer material world.

This website, however, takes the view that emotion is the reality, and as emotional beings in an emotional reality, we use matter as an aid to navigate and experience an emotional world. The universe an emotional construction designed to resemble, on a simplified level, a grand emotional reality. Again, just like the how the images on the back of our eyes are two-dimensional constructions designed to resemble, on a simplified level, an outer
material "reality", the material universe is a construction designed to resemble, on a simplified level, an outer emotional reality.
For example, think about how the expression on someone's face gives you a sense of what that person is feeling, you are using the shape of that person's material face to get a sense of that emotional being's, emotional state.

Again, we are emotional beings in an emotional reality, communicating on an emotional level, matter or more specifically the sensations we experience, are emotional constructs that we use to guide and inform us.

So, matter is not real, that is to say, it is an emotional construction specifically designed to mirror emotional reality on a certain level. There exists no direct, immediate casualty underlining the different sensual emotions we experience. That is to say one material object does not impact another material object, each of the two "objects" are expressing a deeper underling reality. Matter as we generally believe it to, does not exit.

In stating that we are emotional beings rather than spiritual beings we change the "slant" of some important metaphysical questions. For example the significant question of whether we live on after death, changes from . . . "Do we have souls that are eternal?", to . . . "Given that we are emotional beings does emotion transcend matter?" Many metaphysical questions become more immediate and direct and I personally have found the approach very fruitful.

Using the word Emotion in the same context as Spirit is not new, for Christians often say that...
God is Love.
Now since...
God is Spirit and Love is an Emotion,
Christians are suggesting, in a way, that...
Spirit is Emotion.

Our day to day experiences, seem to suggest that our emotions have their origin in matter, that is to say, the emotions we feel seem to be caused by matter. However, it's the view of this website that it's only the immediate sensations we feel that have, if you like, their origin in matter, and those sensations are then intended to lead us to feel or aid us in feeling deeper, heart felt emotions, that are more or less independent of matter.
That is to say, matter is only a collection of pared down, simplified emotions that we are calling sensations. It is the lack of distinction between those sensual emotions and the heartfelt emotions that is preventing us from viewing emotion as a somewhat fundamental substance.
Much of the metaphysics on this website is about the distinction between matter and emotion or more specifically between sensual emotions and heartfelt emotions. The age old gulf between matter and Spirit can be bridged by understanding that they are just different aspects of the same thing.

This website examines the material world from that point of view, it attempts to draw insights about emotional reality using the assumption that the material world's physical nature resembles, to a certain extent, emotional reality.

A lot of time is spent discussing physics in this website and I would imagine a lot of people will find those parts of this site to be the least interesting. While I'm not a "New-ager", I do believe, we, as a society, are entering a new age. Up to this point only physicists and engineers directly concerned themselves with forces, energies and frequencies, but we are discovering that the "other side" or the paranormal, also deals in the equivalent of forces, energies and frequencies. Terms like psi-force, psychic energy and frequencies of consciousness are getting thrown around all the time. We all have a certain limited emotional feel for these terms but few of us are opening any physics textbooks in order to further develop our emotional sense of them. This website spares no kilobytes in an attempt too further develop in the reader a better emotional feel for physical principles. It is believed by the author that a greater emotional feel for the principles of matter will result in a greater emotional feel for reality. That is to say, on an emotional level, a better understanding of matter leads to a better understanding of emotional reality.

When I discuss the math and physics in this website, I don't want to be misleading anyone into thinking that I know more then I do, sometimes I discuss subjects in which I know little more then the amount which I'm stating, that does not however, affect the truth or falsity of the things I do say on any given subject. It is my true hope that I do not mislead anyone with regards to the math and physics on this website.
Let me say that a statement like "Emotion is the reality, matter is not real" is not intended to be a statement of truth, there is no reason to believe that anything anyone can say with words or equations is true or false as such. All any statement does is cause the listener to try a pattern of thinking that may or may not be useful to that person's further quest in the discovery and experience of emotion. No symbolic expression of any sort can be "true" as such, the above statement and all metaphysical statements on this website are only intended to cause the reader to try looking at the material world from a certain emotional point of view.
