First of all I would like to extend a BIG THANK-YOU for all those who had taken the time to visit David Tom Online, and had signed the fanbook for David. I was really blown away with the # of enteries that had been entered in the fanbook.

Again BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE!!! Having said that, I am pleased to say that the fanbook is COMPLETE and ready to be delivered to David. Everyone I can't express how much fun it was to put together the fanbook. I have spent a lot of time putting together this fanbook for David, and I must say I am extreamly thrilled with the final result. I just can't wait to see David's reaction to the fanbook.
August 18, 2001 - Fanbook Delivered!!!
Hello Everyone!!! I'm reporting LIVE from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada! WHAT A DAY! All I can say is SOMEONE JUST PINCH ME NOW! I can't believe that I actually met DAVID TOM today! I am just still in shock to be quite honest with you! People the MAN IS SO BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON, I can't stress that enough. And does he ever SMILE ALOT! ****sigh**** He's simply AMAZING!!!!!!
I presented David the fanbook to David when I went up for my autograph picture to get signed (before they did the poloroids) and you know what, I was nervous, but once I started talking, it was smooth sailing. When I told David I had this fanbook for him, he quickly said WOW (I'll have to give ya all transripts of the conversation - its all on video - lol) Anyways, he quickly put his sharpy marker down, and started to go through the fanbook PAGE BY PAGE! I then told him about how I collected the enteries .. through my fansite dedicated to him "David Tom Online" He lite up when I said that, and told me that he's seen the site. I swear everyone he went through EVER SINGLE PAGE quickly, and was just amazed. Even Lilona (Canadian Agent) said that was really nice. It was then I told her that I wasn't from Hamilton,that I travelled all the way to Hamilton to see David and I told her that I was going to the Ontario Place apperance tomorrow. She thought that was great!!! David finally finshed quickly looking through each page of the fanbook , and put it a side saying a big THANK-YOU! It was then he started to sign my autograph photos. I just made small talk with him, asking him if he's been to the site , and he said yes he checked it out, I also told him how I get a MILLION emails with fans thinking I'm him. He kinda laughed at that .. thought it was funny. After the pictures were signed, I asked if I could take a picture of him holding the fanbook so I can put it up here at the site, he said sure, and held the fanbook in hand and gave a MILLION DOLLAR SMILE!!! After that I held out my hand, shook his hand (LADIES THE MAN HAS A FIRM FIRM HANDSHAKE) and looked me in the eye and said thank-you as I said it was a pleasure meeting you ..... and I walked off ... to get inline for the poloroids!
As I was waiting in line I was snapping pictures of David with the fans , while he was taking pictures with the fans.. and people who I was chatting up with before the show, was telling me while David was waiting for Lilona to get the camera's all set .... that he sat down, opened the fanbook again, was looking through it and reading the enteries. So right there it shows that David REALLY appreciates this fanbook!!!

I am going to be attending David's apperance tomorrow at Ontario Place - so again I'll have more stories to share - oh BTW, there will be more reviews, photos etc.. from this weekend , in which I call MY DAVID TOM MARATHON - *hehe*
