With his promise of a landslide of used car dealers wanting in on his idea, we developed a site for him at a reduced rate in anticipation of the residuals he previously claimed. Payments on his account were prompt and steady until May 2001 and then, while still in the process of developing his wesay-ok.com site, our phone calls to him and messages left with his secretary and on voice mail went unreturned. We can only assume that he then decided that an on-line Auto Mall wouldn't be such a good idea. He has since refused to settle his account or even acknowledge the fact that he still owes us $610.80 for website design. Invoices and Past Due Notices have gone unanswered. His account is now past due 120 days and this matter is being referred to a collection agency for further action.
