Terms & Conditions Of Live Telephone Back-Up Service

• In order to take advantage of our "LIVE" telephone back-up service, your web site must be
   designed by DaWorx Web Design©.

• Offer valid only within the 416 / 905 area code and where long distance telephone charges
   do not apply.

• Live telephone assistance available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday only.

• Limited to one (1) hour over-phone assistance per month. Additional time charged at $40 per
   hour in 15 minute increments.

• Subscriber acknowledges that in most instances, "LIVE" telephone service shall be provided
   within a reasonable time period, usually within several hours of the initial call. This will be
   determined by the number of calls requesting this service at the time of your request. Calls
   are returned in the sequence received. Response usually within hours or the same day.

• The subscriber agrees to save harmless and absolve DaWorx Web Design, it's creators,
   administrators, owners, board of directors, sponsors or web host of any and all claims
   against it as a direct or indirect result of it's inability to provide assistance for any time
   period due to “An Act of God”, any lapse in service by our web host, an “Act of Terrorism” or
   “Network Sabotage”.

• Subscriber agrees that a reasonable time period for response to a request shall be defined as
   within 48 hours of client's initial assistance request. (Usually faster)

• Terms and conditions of this service are subject to change at any time without prior
   subscriber notification, written or otherwise. (Service change notifications will be posted
   on site)
