The 2004 Birthday Report

Firebolt

So not gonna write too much about the party here. Honestly... if you wanted to know all the details, then you should've come. Let's just say, I had a really great party!

But you know... they say a picture says a thousand words... so here's a couple of shots to give you and idea of what when down at the best party of 2004.

Bestest friend Rose who did all the scheming for the night.
The major focal point of the evening (or theme for presents this year).
Oooooo.... presents!
For those of you who don't believe that I actually drank out of it...
Only finished 3 at this point (two lychees and one Cosmo)... still quite a ways to go before I reached the total of 8 martinis (9 drinks) for the evening. In this photo, there's one lychee, one Foxy, and, in the big glass, there's 3 lychees. And very happy to report that I did not get sick. Drunk? Yes. The very happy kind, but not sick.

And I'm not red because of alcohol... alcohol doesn't make me red (you all know that)... it's because I was laughing so hard. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

THANK YOU!!!

Thank you to everyone who came. You made my birthday special and it would've been nothing were it not for you, my friends.

I'd like to say a special Thank You to a few of my nearest and dearests... of course, nicknames only. You know who you are.

Two Sips:
For making sure that my drunken-puddle-self arrived home safe and sound.
Salsa:
For encouraging me to let lose and be crazy (because I never let lose and act crazy) on the one day of the year when I can get away with almost anything...
Red:
For bringing me my drinks and holding me up when I couldn't hold up myself.
Doritos:
For making the night soooooooooo perfect the best way you know how. It just wouldn't have been the same without you.

And most of all....

Jello & Skittles:
You both are the best. There are no words to describe how great the two of you are and how important our friendship is to me!
