My name is David, and I started writing this blog in September 2003. The name is the title of a Dashboard Confessional song, which you can find on this album (although the song is incorrectly listed as 'I Am Missing', just as it is, rather bizarrely, on the band's official website).
where are you? what are you doing?
I live in the UK (as I have done all my life), but someday hope to settle in some exotic faraway land. Or maybe Canada. At the moment I'm studying a film degree, in the misguided hope that I might one day become the next Steven Spielberg. So far it hasn't worked.

- Favourite music - punk, rock, indie stuff, metal, some R&B, some hip hop, some house, everything else ever
- Habits/vices - bite my nails (even more so since I quit smoking), very occasionally entire days go missing from having drank too much
- Drinks - water, Coke, too much alcohol (see above)
- Eats - not enough of the right food
- Smells - of CKBe
- Loves - music, my family, my friends, soccer, warm rain, sunsets & sunrises, laughing
- Hates - spiders, heights, most cheeses, depression, Celine Dion, lots of other stupid little things that I say I hate but really just dislike a bit
- Random fact - My 1st celeb crush: Kylie Minogue, 1989 (back when it wasn't actually a good thing to like her). My 1st real crush: Louise Wilson, 1989 (but looking back I think I stood more of a chance with Kylie).
