Meeting Notes 19 February 2004

Decided to forgo the Regional Arts Conference for this year and to focus instead on upgrading the Pride Arts Corner with more publicity and more indicators that there IS an arts corner.

Some ideas were:

David Bieleberg from GMCW would start going to Pride meetings.

Carol has agreed to stage manage and Jill will help recruit people for stages. We decided to sign a contract with Colleen Dross and paid $200. We also committed to have a tented both for the sound technician.

Have secured the Outskirts of Town to anchor our space.

We will do Patience for the GIlbert and Sullivan summer production and Paul Heins will be directing. Auditions will be in early April. The production will run August 5, 6, 7 and 12, 13, 14.

Bread and Roses is schedule for May Second Saturday and the Saxophone group was a hit TWICE. If you are interested in being a performer please contact champs@champs.org.
