First Place: Steve "Boots" Kutz - - Rode the Tecumseh-powered # 51 to season championship by 2 points Second Place: Randy Hollrah - -  Riding Mow-tivation (74), took 3 second place finishes, and 2 fourth place finishes
Third Place: Brian Stillings - - A tough, consistent competitor aboard number 07. Fourth Place: Rick Moon - - The #77 Kutz Car Clinic Dynamark took several feature wins in 1999 season
Fifth Place: Brian Kutz - - Completing the top 5 in Sodbuster points, the #41 mower raced hard all season Sixth Place: Tim Stillings - - aboard the #2A mower, Tim wasn't the only one who went to college this year (Mower Racing U).
