1st Lieutenant Thomas W. Adrian enlisted April 25, 1861. Appointed 1st Lieutenant on April 26, 1861. He was slightly wounded in thigh July 21, 1861. He spent the night with the captured chaplain of the 2nd Regiment Maine Volunteers who said he was ìtreated with kindness never to be forgotten. According to the roll he was absent on detached service in New Orleans from September to October 1861, however from October 19 to 24, 1861 he was detailed with Lt. J. Rowan of the 7th Louisiana Infantry Regiment, along with Major James of the 6th Louisiana Infantry Regiment at Bull Run, VA... roadmaking. Appears on a list of managers of a Grand Military Ball to be held at Camp Carondelet, VA on February 25, 1862 with rank of Lieutenant. On roll dated May 12, 1862. Appointed to command of the 12th Battalion Tennessee Cavalry on September 1, 1862. Commended for service in the Battle of Perryville, KY on October 8, 1862. Was the post commander at Kingston, TN. He was "a brave man" but "he was hated by his officers and men on a account of his tyranny." He was shot while sitting in his tent by Captain John Q. Arnold of Co. B, 12th Battalion Tennessee Cavalry after a quarrel stemming from Adrian impugning his honor and threatening him with violence, and buried on November 17, 1862 at the Old Gray Cemetery, Knoxville, TN. Ironically, Arnold himself was later killed by one of his own men in Bristol, Tennessee in 1865. According to reports in April 1861, commanded the first company of volunteers to leave Alabama for the Mexican Wars, however, his name is not listed as an officer of any of these companies in contemporary newspapers and so may be apocryphal, or may have been from Tennessee instead. He was described in September 1862 as "a Tennessean by birth, but a British subject." In a letter to Knoxville newspaper reporting the trial of Captain Arnold, it was stated of Adrian that "He belonged to the 'Tiger Rifles' of New Orleans and was among the most daring and reckless of all desparadoes. He was a wild adventurer, seeking only adventure and excitement in the midst of a revolution... it was War that gave Adrian delight."

He was admitted to hospital from March 21 to April 8, 1862 with chronic diarrhoea. Discharged August 15, 1862. May have later joined Captain Green's "Louisiana Guard Artillery" or Captain Miller's "Wild Cat's."
2nd Lieutenant Edward Hewitt enlisted and Commissioned April 25, 1861. Elected April 24, 1861 to replace Lieutenant J. Brown. Absent December 1861 on recruiting duty. He was (like Captain White) admitted to hospital at Lynchburg, VA on June 13, 1862 with gunshot wound and contusion. Taken prisoner by Federal forces at a later date. May have joined 28th Louisiana Infantry Regiment or Crandall's 47th Alabama Cavalry Regiment as Captain and adjutant. Paroled in Meridian, MS on May 13, 1865. May have also served in Co. A, 8th Louisiana Infantry Regiment.
3rd Lieutenant Samuel P. Dushane (also Dushame/Ducheane) enlisted April 25, 1861. Appointed Jr. 2nd Lieutenant, and Assistant Quartermaster on June 9, 1861. Promoted 2nd Lieutenant on July 9, 1861. Detached as Acting Quartermaster. Appears on list of managers of a Grand Military Ball to be held at Camp Carondelet, VA on February 25, 1862 as a Captain. Field Officer on March 27, 1862. Promoted to Captain April 19, 1863. Wounded (gunshot wound in left scapula) and captured in action on May 3, 1863 at Warrenton Junction, VA. Transferred to Fort Henry on August 9, 1863 then to Johnson Island on August 28, 1863. Signs himself as "Captain, Mosby's Battalionn, Stewart's Division, Army of Northern Virginia. Residence: New Orleans, LA." November 11, 1863, wished to take oath to join family in Wooster, OH. Arrested on December 18, 1863 in Washington DC and sent to Old Capitol Prison. April 22, 1864 was in Hammond U.S. General Hospital. Paroled for exchange and sent to City Point, VA on May 3, 1864. Served with the C.S.A. Signal Corps. "Was a soldier of fortune, who had served under Walker in his Nicaragua expedition before the War." Was appointed the passenger agent for the St. Louis, Cairo, and New Orleans Packet Line on December 12, 1858 with his offices under the St. Charles Hotel.

Pvt. Charley Green enlisted ? . A female volunteer. According to a September 1863 Mobile, AL newspaper account she: "Enlisted in March 1861 with her father and four brothers. She joined the ‘Tiger Rifles’ under Captain White, and was with that company at the Battle of Manassas, where she says she received a wound in her right side. She was in the battles around Richmond and was captured and sent north and paroled in Illinois." At the time this was written she was in the guard house in Mobile where she was visited by "several Louisianans." This name doesn't appear on any of the rolls, the only soldier named 'Green' being Thomas, however the parallels could allow for the possibility of them being one and the same.

Pvt. John Travers (also Travis) enlisted April 25, 1861. On October 20, 1861 he murdered Pvt. James McCormick of Company F, 6th Louisiana Infantry Regiment. Arrested in Gainesville, VA at 2 p.m. on October 25, 1861. Absent in 6th Louisiana Volunteers guard house in Warrenton, VA September 1861 to February 1862 on charge of murder. Discharged August 15, 1862.
Pvt. Jacob Wallace enlisted April 25, 1861. Deserted August 22, 1861.
Pvt. Benjamin White enlisted April 25, 1861. When not wounded during battle of July 21, 1861 he decided to cut himself with his knife but could not on account of it having been stolen. Present to April 1862.
Pvt. Daniel C. Whitney enlisted April 25, 1861. Present to December 1861. According to George Christy of the 6th Louisiana Infantry he was wounded at Gaines Mill on June 27, 1862. Lived after the war in Hamblen, TN. Pension #S10625.
Pvt. Henry Wilcox enlisted April 25, 1861. Present to December 1861 and discharged August 16, 1862.
Pvt. John S. Williams enlisted March 19, 1862. May have enlisted into Company B, 39th Battalion Virginia Cavalry at Orange Court House on August 18, 1862.
Pvt. Thomas Williams enlisted April 25, 1861. Wounded in jaw by spent ball on July 21, 1861. Had to spit on other side of mouth. Present to December 1861. Killed in action at Gaines Mill on June 27, 1862.

Pvt. James (also Joseph) Wilson enlisted April 25, 1861. Killed by mistake in battle at the Stone Bridge on July 21, 1861 by the 4th South Carolina Infantry.
