Asian Airshow

Home

Every two years there' Asian Aerospace...Lots of people go there to watch some static planes, but for shure also to see the 1,5 hours of dynamic airshow...yeah....but some locals just come to cue for sweet, posters, caps,... it' still their favorite hobby :)...for me the ultimate start to get used to my new camera...IXUS 400...:)

...queuing for the Grippen Aircraft...queue length about 100m

...Bernahard and some unmanned plane...up to 60000ft altitude...makes a nice wingspan...

...nice grey and invisible...supersonic high flyer...

...our special guest...the man with the portable rocket...

...take rest...how many bernhards may fit into it?

Queuing again...to get caps and posters (!!??!!) from Rafael...increased queue length of 300m...just for hard core queuers.

...getting prepared for the airshow...damn, forgot sunscreen...

some tactical fighter...forgot the name :(

Australien fighting bomber, that things was really loud...

think that was F-15...still looking ok...but 2 seconds later...

...say hello to little Concorde...the flame is longer than the jet itself...no need for a seperate smoke machine ;)

...litte Apache also drops by...

...nice acrobatic flight group from india....

Once more and all 9 of them...

yeah man, exhausting trip...for sure

just to show that not only technical stuff was around. Nice sculpures made from clay...Gagarin also among them...

The conclusion od the whole day is easy...Asians are absolutely unbeatable when it comes to queuing...and the French guys are really good pilots...

On the way back we skip the queue at the taxi stand, as we have no chance to compete against the locals...
