--SHOUGI COMPOSITION WORKSHOP by Makoto Nomura--

　Shougi Composition is a method for interactive group composition, invented by Makoto Nomura.
　 Shougi is Japanese board game like chess. Applying its rule to the method for composition, he has composed with many people, not only musicians, but also people who have little knowledges and experiences on music .
　 It enables you to compose beyond one's personal imagination.
　This time will be the first session of Shougi Composition in Berlin by the inventor from Japan. Don't miss this chance!

　Makoto Nomura, a composer, is a leading figure of contemporary music in Japan.
　 The range of his works is so wide: composition for orchestra, chamber ensemble, rock band, acordion solo, piano solo, etc., and these have been played worldwide. As leading his own keyboard-harmonica orchestra P-blot, he's been working in the field of music education and music therapy for elders, disabled people and other marginal people.
