Audit your Formulas:

You want to check your formulas and view  all.

a) Go to tools - options - and check the formulas option.

This enables you to view all the formulas at once.

Paste Special Function:

Add, subtract, divide, multiply to  every , or selected  cells in the spreadsheet a number. For Example, you want to divide a selected area in the spreadsheet by 5.

a) Go to an empty cell

b) Enter 5 in this cell

c) Select this cell and go to edit - copy

d) Mark the selected area

e) Go to edit - paste special

f) In the paste special box, select values in the top section, and checkmark the "divide" operation. Click Ok
