Die Kombüse bietet viel Stauraum und große Arbeitsflächen.
Es gibt zwei Niro-Spühlbecken mit Kalt-, Warm- und Seewasseranschluss, eine Kühlbox (170 l) mit Eisfach, die durch zwei nach
oben öffnende Klappen leicht zugänglich ist, einen Gasherd mit Backofen und eine separate Mikrowelle.
Mikrowelle und Kühlbox werden über die Batterien mit Strom versorgt, so dass der Betrieb auch beim Ankern und unter Segel möglich ist.
Die Anordnung der Pantry im Durchgang zur Achterkabine bietet den Vorteil, dass auch bei Seegang vernünftig gekocht werden kann.
Bei Landanschluß benutzen wir übrigens eine 230V-Kochplatte (s. Bild).

There are two stainless-steel sinks with cold-, hot- and sea-water tap, a refrigerator (170 l) with icebox, which is easily accessible due to two lids at the top, a gas cooker with oven and a separate microwave.
Refrigerator and microwave are supplied with current from the batteries, so you can use it while sailing or anchoring.
The arrangement of the galley on the way to the after cabin lets you cook reasonably even in rough sea.
By the
way: with shore power connection we use a 230 volt hot plate (see picture).
